Scanlan Missing Person Jun 28, 2011 MOSES LAKE POLICE DEPARTMENT   Public Service Announcement Captain Ruffin 764-3896      The Moses Lake Police Department is requesting assistance in locating the whereabouts of Robert B. Scanlan.  Robert was reported missing on June 26th, 2011 from the Moses Lake area.  Robert was last seen in the area of Vista Village.  He was wearing a black and white Mountain Dew hat, blue jeans and white shoes.  Robert is described as a white male, 25 years of age, approximately 6 foot, 145 lbs.  He has a tattoo AJoker@ on his right shoulder, and is known to wear earrings as well as tongue rings.   Robert occasionally suffers from seizures.  Anyone with information about Robert is encouraged to call the Moses Lake Police Department at 509-764-3887 or the dispatch center at 509-762-1160. << Back
