WHERE AND WHEN ARRESTED: 09/13/11, approximately 1400 hours
ARRESTING OFFICERS: Moses Lake Police
DETAILS OF INCIDENT: On 09/13/2011, Moses Lake Officers began investigating a series of malicious mischief incidents that were committed during the hours of darkness. During the investigation, officers discovered that a suspect had spray painted numerous vehicles and residences with obscene words and depictions. The damage occurred on Laguna Drive, Sage and Frontage Roads.
Yesterday afternoon, officers were able to locate a suspect. Salvador Rose (20 years of age) was arrested without incident. The suspect was booked into the Grant County Jail on charges of felony malicious mischief. This case is still under active investigation. It is unknown the extent of all the damage.
