Malicious Mischief Aug 15, 2011 　 MOSES LAKE POLICE DEPARTMENT MAJOR INCIDENT NEWS RELEASE CASE# 11ML10480 TYPE OF INCIDENT: Malicious Mischief DATE: 08/11/11 LOCATION: Moses Lake, WA TIME: 4:45 P.M.. WHERE AND WHEN ARRESTED: 1600 Block of W. Broadway, Moses Lake ARRESTING OFFICERS: Moses Lake Police DETAILS OF INCIDENT: On 08/11/1, at approximately 4:45 P. M., Moses Lake Officers were dispatched to 9th Avenue, for a reported malicious mischief. On 9th Avenue, Officers discovered that suspects had shot out windows from two separate vehicles. Officers also determined that the damage was caused by BB’s. Over the next hour, Officers were dispatched to approximately 10 other incidents involving BB gun damage. Through information garnered from various witnesses, officers were able to develop a description of the suspect vehicle. At approximately 8:00 P.M., officers located the suspect vehicle. Two juvenile males, were subsequently arrested and booked into Grant County Juvenile on charges of Felony Malicious Mischief. This case is still under investigation.
