WHERE AND WHEN ARRESTED: 4:10 P.M. 06/25/11
ARRESTING OFFICERS: Moses Lake Police
DETAILS OF INCIDENT: On 06/25/11, at approximately 3:56 P. M. Moses Lake officer attempted to stop a gold colored Nissan Maxima Northbound on Division Street for excessive speed. The vehicle failed to pull over and attempted to elude the officer. The vehicle continued EB on 5th Avenue and then SB on Pioneer Way. The vehicle entered the residential neighborhood East of Pioneer Way. The suspect vehicle was operating at a high rate of speed. The suspect vehicle subsequently struck a parked vehicle at Terrace and Clover Street. This vehicle was a 2000 Dodge Stratus. The suspect fled the vehicle on foot armed with a .380 semi-automatic handgun. The suspect was apprehended by Moses Lake Officers. The handgun was previously stolen in King County. The suspect was booked into the Grant County Jail on the above listed charges.
